保护我方骑手小哥

　　随着中国人口的急剧增长，中国人民的就业问题开始逐渐严重，而就业问题往往需要新行业的兴起，增加就业岗位，而在这些新兴行业中，外卖行业尤为突出，低门槛的送餐员给许多无业者提供了工作岗位。

　　我一直认为美团这一类外卖行业的存在是非常重要的，它所带来的的巨量岗位为很多失业或者暂时失业的人提供了机会，不至于资金断档。我曾经体验过一天的外卖小哥，也与外卖小哥交流过，对于这方面还是有着一定的了解，它的存在肯定是具有重要意义的，但或许正是因为门槛低的原因，外卖小哥的各方面权益得不到很好的保证，比如最基础的保险。

　　外卖送餐员这个行业说实话比较累，而且在美团的广告送啥都快的口号打出来之后，平台给外卖小哥的送餐时间非常紧迫，以至于小哥们必须以极快的车速才能将外卖准时送到，甚至只有车速还不行，必须得抄近路，而很多道路只是单行道，所以小哥们想要快速送达就会逆车道行驶，闯红灯等一系列违反交规的行驶。毫无疑问，这样的现象不管是对于小哥，还是道路上行驶的其他人，都是非常危险的。然而，就拿美团而言，根据他们企业自己说，他们是通过每天扣小哥几块钱然后提供一个保险的服务，但实际上，小哥们却并没有得到保险，如此危险，却没有保险。

　　在经过一系列的调查走访之后，国家于7月26日发布了《关于落实网络餐饮平台责任，切实维护外卖送餐员权益的指导意见》，其中三条是针对美团提出，适当放宽骑手送餐时间，为骑手提供不低于当地最低工资的基础工资，为骑手上商业险。这是我看b站一个视频所了解到的，看我之后我在想，这些点提的非常的合适，能够很好的保护骑手的权益，美团等外卖企业人员也表示一定会按照国家指示进行整改。但我不知道这个整改到底需要多久才能整改完成，毋庸置疑，进行整改一定会花费大量资金，美团到底会怎样处理这次整改，需要多少时间。这些我不清楚，但我希望美团能够抓紧时间，早日给骑手小哥们一个更加轻松安全的岗位环境。
