　　Almaz在阿拉伯国家是钻石的意思，1986年一对来自厄立特里亚国Eritrean）难民刚好与美国黑人女歌手RandyCrawford成为邻居，丈夫请求Crawford为他的妻子Almaz写一首歌，这首歌亦是少有的几首由她亲自写的作品，在1986年发行，Crawford曾经说：我从他们身上见证了什么是完美的爱情故事，尽管她曾经考虑过丈夫比自己年纪小，这对情侣带著他们的孩子，以难民身份在寻找一个能延续他们的爱情经历的地方
　　该歌被香港音乐家周启生翻唱改编成粤语的歌曲《Anna》及林慧萍改编翻唱成普通话歌曲《驿》
